Registration information

• ALL attendees of the CFMS Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 must complete this Registration Form.
• $25 OFF using code TEF2025 for first 50 registrations before August 10th

REGISTRATION DEADLINES:

• All Travel Equity Fund (TEF) and CFMS-funded delegates: August 10th at 11:59pm EST
• All other attendees: September 10th at 11:59pm EST
• Limited number of tickets may sell out, so we encourage registering well before the deadline!

Registration Fees:

• Registration fee is $185 per delegate. This fee includes AGM attendance, meals and social events provided by CFMS (see agenda).
• The fee does not include hotel accommodations. Students must arrange for their own hotels (excluding CFMS-funded delegates).

Placeholder Tickets:

(if your school is planning to fund a delegate who has not yet been elected for their position)

• You must still register and pay for a "placeholder" spot by the deadline, as spaces are limited and no accommodations will be made for registering after the deadline has passed
• First name: Placeholder, Last name: School + Position
• Please send an email to office@cfms.org to confirm their personal details (name, etc.) as soon as possible once elected

CFMS-MDFM Travel Equity Funding (TEF)

Never been to a CFMS meeting? Interested in getting involved? Check out the CFMS-MDFM Travel Equity Funding! Each year the CFMS and MD Financial Management allocate funds to bring medical students to CFMS annual meetings. It's a great way to learn more about what the CFMS does, get involved, and meet other medical students from across the country.

PILOT ALERT: At the request of students CFMS will be piloting different approaches to the TEF. Besides the regular TEF eligibility rules, an additional eligibility rule will apply for the CFMS AGM 2025:

• Students traveling from Alberta and Manitoba, as well as students traveling within Saskatchewan will be excluded to be able to allocate more funds to students with higher traveling expenses. Exception requests can be emailed to administrative@cfms.org and will be considered by the CFMS Executive Board

Your feedback will help us improve the Travel Equity Fund (TEF) to better serve the needs of medical students across Canada. Any CFMS Member can fill out this form, regardless if you have used it before or not: TEF Feedback Form. This form will remain open and responses will be checked 6-7 weeks after each CFMS event. Next responses review deadline is November 4th, 2025.
